Term 3 Literacy Quiz Team Members:

Emily & Charlotte-working very hard at home to read lots of books and be ready to represent Belfast next term. Top Effort.

Year 2-4 Jump Jam Team:

Shylah, Ariana, Alex, Sebastian, Xavier working hard to learn and perfect their Jump Jam routines for this year's competition. Amazing Skills! So talented!

Kingston: (League)

Kingston plays for the Papanui Tigers u8s and is playing in the curtain raiser at 3:40 against the Northern Bulldogs this weekend. So Exciting!

This is tremendous and shows our School Values of Care, Share, Learn and Grow extend outside of our classroom and school.

Golden Ticket Winners!!

We were all winners today finding our very own
Golden Ticket hidden in our desks this morning.
A fitting ending to our finishing of Charlie & the Chocolate Factory. 

Friday Afternoon ART: Monoprinting

A monoprint is a form of printmaking where the image can only be made once, unlike most printmaking which allows for multiple originals.

Step One: Rolling the paint onto a flat surface

Step 2: Drawing a picture using a cotton bud

Step 3: Covering your picture with a piece of paper then pressing down hard over your picture with your hands or a roller.

Step 4: Carefully lift up your paper
